LADIES ONLY BOOT CAMP
5 week program, we meet twice a week.
Boot camp start dates and class times:
Saturday March 3rd 10 AM (1 hour early for the first day)
- Tuesday April 6th
classes are held every Saturday at 11 & every Tuesday at 7:30 pm
Sunday March 18th 10 AM - Wednesday April 18th
classes are held every Sunday at 11 & every Wednesday at 7:30 pm
Saturday April 7th 10 AM - Tuesday May 8th
classes are every Saturday at 11 & every Tuesday at 7:30 pm
The classes are capped at 15 women to creat a sense of intimacy. We will all laugh and cry together on the road to health.
Health should not hurt for a week. Being healthy is a wonderful lifestyle I hope we all can learn to love together.

2 days bike journey, I have always wanted to do this! We will find a great trail and rent some fun bikes... no motor allowed!... This is all you!

This is an informal group activity. You are not paying me to attend. Everyone is in charge of their own bikes, tents, food etc. We will all go down together and bike through the desert.... but you get to be in my awesome Carrie Cox Fitness Club!!! :)
